Learning & Development Manager — Join Our Talent Growth Journey

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and manage career development programs from counter salesperson through branch manager.
• Deliver a blended learning experience—including e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and mentorship.
• Establish clear milestones and assessments so employees and managers can track readiness for promotion.
• Develop the talent pipeline, including identifying and fostering high-potential team members.
• Serve on the Branch Manager Review Committee, helping guide development decisions.
• Partner with HR and Regional Managers to align training with business needs for retention, engagement, and leadership      culture.
• Track impact through metrics like program participation, promotion rates, and retention of rising stars.
• Oversee and enhance the LMS system and stay current on emerging learning technologies.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in learning & development, with experience designing structured career pathways.
• Strong grasp of instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative with HR, regional leadership, and adept at being a development advocate.

Nice to Have:

• L&D, Training or OD certification (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD).
• Experience in branch-based or distributed talent development.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and mentorship program design.
