We’re looking for a skilled Equipment Technician to keep our fleet in top shape. If you’re mechanically minded, safety-focused, and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!

 What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair rental equipment
   
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and safely—both in the shop and on customer jobsites
   
• Operate, test, and service equipment to “ready to rent” standards
   
• Keep detailed service reports and repair logs
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
   
• Pitch in where needed to support the shop and team
   

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
   
• Experience: At least 2 years of mechanical or equipment repair experience
   
• Skills:
   
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability
     
  • Team player with good communication and customer service skills
     
  • Clean California driver’s license
     
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
     
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift 80 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100), work in varied weather, climb ladders with equipment, and wear PPE throughout the day.
