Provide excellent service to bank customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations using products and services that are individually and specifically tailored to their financial goals.

Requirements

• Work in conjunction with Branch staff to achieve and maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Operates a teller window and perform all duties and responsibilities that come along with being a teller.
• Answer phones
• Maintain certifications and increase banking knowledge through various continuing education opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints, following bank policy and procedures.
• Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness of the Bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as they may be assigned.

• The ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud.

• A working knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to travel to other branches to work
• High degree of accuracy
• A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures
• A working knowledge of all bank regulatory requirements

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school student
