TL Clerical ( 100%, Full time Days) ENT bei Adena Health System

The Clerical Team Leader provides team leader responsibilities for the clinic. This position ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and Adena Health System policies and procedures. The incumbent provides direction to clerical staff and participates in the workload as needed. The incumbent may also provide direction to clinical staff in non-clinical functions. Decisions are made independently and/or in collaboration with the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director. This position has access to confidential information and functions under the direction of the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director. 

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED with 2 years experience as a Department Coordinator OR Associate Degree in an Allied Health field or Business Administration

Required Experience: 1-2 years relevant work experience in an office setting. Relevant experience would include medical office experience, cash posting, billing, coding, and/or insurance experience.
