** Please Note the Work Days for this role are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Hours: 6-8 hours per day **
At Compass You Will:
- Pick up company truck (pre-loaded with signs) at the warehouse in Broomfield
- Review maps provided by the Field Services Manager to plan the sign placement route.
- Drive to each open house property and set out 7–9 directional signs per house as instructed.
- Return after the open house ends to collect all signs from each location.
- Return the truck and signs to the warehouse upon completion.
- Ensure signs are placed neatly, securely, and in compliance with local sign ordinances.
- Maintain care of company trucks and equipment.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and route maps.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends.
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting, loading, and unloading of signs.
The pay range for this position is a base pay of $25.00 - $31.00 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
