Super Heater Operator - 40 Million BTU Frac Water HeatersNorth Dakota Operations

We're seeking skilled Super Heater Operators to join our roster for operating 40 million BTU frac water heating systems.

Responsibilities:

• Basic operations include heating of fluid through the use of heat exchangers and pumps on high-capacity frac water heating units 

• Monitor conditions and maintenance of all equipment with a focus on safety and environment 

• Responsible for the completion of pre/post job safety reporting and incident reporting and completing all required daily paperwork and logs 

• Responsible for safe job completion, client satisfaction and for the safe operation and maintenance of your unit 

• Responsible to have a professional work attitude, appearance and representation of the company

Qualifications & Required Tickets:

• Heating/oilfield experience would be an asset but not a requirement, previous experience as a Wellsite Operator, Boiler Hand, Well Tester, or Service Rig Hand would also be considered 

• Mechanically Inclined 

• Valid CDL Class A Driver's License 

• 4x4 truck – 3/4 ton 1-ton diesel preferred with Slip Tank & Transfer Pump/Hose 

• H2S Clear 

• Standard First Aid 

• PEC SafeLand 

• Basin One Way

• Experience with driving on oilfield roads and icy/snowy conditions and pulling a trailer

Working Conditions:

• Travel is required and certain jobs may be eligible for Living Out Allowance• Outdoor environment, including extreme weather conditions and exposure to high-pressure lines, noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals• Physically demanding with heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs)• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (including night, weekends, holidays, and overtime)
