We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts, develop a quality policy, implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS), guide the company toward AS9100 compliance, and oversee CMM operations using MCOSMOS.

Position Overview:

As the Quality Manager at Salvo Technologies, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a world-class quality assurance program that ensures the highest levels of product quality and safety across our aerospace, defense, and sports product lines. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in achieving AS9100 compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management System (QMS):

? Develop, implement, and maintain an effective QMS that aligns with AS9100 standards.

? Ensure all company processes adhere to the QMS and regulatory requirements.

2. AS9100 Compliance:

? Lead the effort to achieve and maintain AS9100 certification.

? Ensure the organization's adherence to AS9100 standards and related aerospace and defense regulations.

3. Quality Policy:

? Develop and communicate a company-wide quality policy that reflects our commitment to excellence and safety.

? Ensure all employees are aware of and aligned with the quality policy.

4. Process Improvement:

? Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in all product lines.

? Lead initiatives to optimize manufacturing and quality processes.

5. Quality Audits:

? Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with AS9100, industry-specific standards, and internal quality requirements.

? Coordinate external audits by regulatory bodies or customers.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

? Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.

? Generate quality reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on quality performance.

7. Training and Development:

? Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their understanding of quality standards and processes.

? Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

8. CMM Operation with MCOSMOS:

? Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) with proficiency, including MCOSMOS software.

? Conduct precise dimensional inspections to verify product conformance.

Qualifications:

? 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in aerospace and defense industries

? Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and aerospace/defense industry regulations.

? Experience in developing and implementing a QMS.

? Proficiency in CMM operation, including MCOSMOS software.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
