Tower Research Capital LLC seeks a Compensation Analyst. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our employee data and providing compensation and operations support to Tower’s senior HR leaders and business stakeholders. This position will sit within Tower’s HR Operations Team and report to the Global Head of HR Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Benchmarking and Analysis
    • Lead compensation survey data collection and benchmarking initiatives; analyze results and provide actionable insights.
    • Provide recommendations for new hire offers, promotions, attrition management and internal mobility decisions.
  • Workday Advanced Compensation Management and Process Improvement
    • Manage configuration and ongoing administration of the Workday Advanced Compensation module
    • Reconcile and validate Workday data with Finance budget information
    • Maintain compensation data integrity and record-keeping in Workday
  • Compensation Planning & Process Improvement
    • Partner with senior management and HR BPs to lead the annual year-end compensation planning processes 
    • Create communications to senior stakeholders, including timelines, training guides and process documentation
    • Identify and recommend opportunities for improving compensation processes, systems, and reporting; implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Special Projects
    • Lead ad hoc/ongoing reporting and analyses for employee data
    • Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • At least 4-6 years of experience working in Compensation, including with Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (comfort with Vlookups and pivot tables; macros a plus)
  • Experience working with a global population and coordinating globally
  • Embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment; flexible
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle various goals/projects simultaneously

Anticipated annual base salary range $85,000 - $115,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
