Connected Logistics is seeking a Project Manager/SCRUM Master to support a prospective client in the iterative development of Power BI dashboards and dataflows. This role will focus on managing a prioritized backlog and ensuring the timely delivery of fully tested monthly deliverables.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership and subject matter expertise in Agile methodologies, data science, and Power BI. They will guide cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment across multiple teams in a complex development environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
· Oversee the delivery of high-quality Power BI dashboards and dataflows monthly.
· Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise in data science and business intelligence.
· Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
This is a hybrid position that requires on-site work at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. For candidates who do not reside within a commutable distance, monthly travel to Fort Hood may be required.
· Bachelor Science in Computer or Data Science.
· Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or Professional SCRUM Master (PSM I or II).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management or SCRUM Master roles.
· Experience working with federal government clients or in a DoD environment.
· Strong understanding of Power BI, dataflows, and dashboard development.
· Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
· Active Secret Clearance REQUIRED.
Preferred
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
· SAFe SCRUM Master or SAFe Agilist certification preferred.
· Background in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
· Experience with federal IT compliance standards.
