This position serves as the direct contact for representatives in a particular region to the H-Wave corporate office. This position supports H-Wave representatives by assisting and responding to any rep-related inquiries such as reporting and account issues. This position ensures that patient accounts needing attention are addressed by the reps in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review H-Wave representatives’ reports, such as the Authorization Status report, and ensure that patient demonstrations are conducted in a timely manner.
Respond to multiple representative inquiries regarding patients, doctors, and facilities, as well as respond to inquiries involving reporting such as Commissions reports inquiries
Assist reps, if applicable, in creating documentation such as the patient information sheet and prescriptions to be signed by doctors for new patients
Conduct weekly calls with reps to determine progress on accounts needing attention
Assist reps in obtaining patient support requests
Provide reps with in-house support and direct reps to appropriate departments
Facilitate timely and proper handling of new accounts
Requirements
Qualifications
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be astute in providing well-defined responses to all contacts
Must have a good working knowledge of H-Wave reports to be able to assist H-Wave representatives with their needs
Must be tolerant of ever-changing requests that may come from the different departments or the H-Wave representatives
Must be quick to adapt to the different process changes that may occur.
Physical Requirements
This is a position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder. Employees in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.
