Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university in mechanical, electrical or structural engineering, construction management, architecture or a related field.
Two years of full-time, paid, professional experience in building project assessments which have included the use of application software, including knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
Must possess City of Philadelphia Electrician's License
OR
High school diploma or equivalent.
Six years of full-time, paid experience in construction management or a related field, two of which have involved the use of a computerized maintenance system
Must possess City of Philadelphia Electrician's License
