The role
To train, support and engage colleagues in ITV tools and technologies. This role is all about helping colleagues get the most out of ITV’s digital tools and technologies. You’ll design and deliver training over a range of channels such as online learning, face to face training and communications.
You’ll take different learning styles into account, create simple resources, and make sure people feel confident using new solutions. By supporting colleagues in a collaborative way, you’ll help them work smarter, save time, and feel confident with our tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Skills - Manage our Digital Skills training offering, channels, and project support. This includes ongoing tools training, communications to users, and onboarding training for new colleagues at ITV.
- Delivery - Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and one-to-one support to help colleagues build confidence with ITV’s digital tools and technologies. Adapt delivery style to suit different learning needs and experience levels.
- Data driven - Gather and analyse colleague feedback, usage data and learning outcomes to shape training content and approaches. Continue to iterate our training offer based on these insights.
- Learning materials- Create and maintain learning resources such as guides, newsletters, channels, videos and FAQs. Support colleagues during and after training to reinforce learning.
- Project support - Provide training subject matter expertise to assigned Group Technology projects such as label integrations and new system roll outs.
- Stakeholder Management: maintain strong, productive relationships with key business stakeholders to best understand their requirements and the opportunity for digital enablement in their areas.
- Team member: Be an active member of the business change team and contribute to building an inclusive, collaborative and transparent team culture.
Minimum Criteria:
- Proven knowledge/experience in a training role, with a focus on technology training and digital skills.
- Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering training programmes and accompanying training materials, tailored to learning needs and business requirements.
- Significant experience of successfully employing a range of learning formats and channels, particularly digitally-enabled delivery mechanisms.
- Experience of working with, and delivering training on Google Workspace and productivity tools, macOS, iOS, and video conferencing.
- Experience of engaging with users and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Data-driven in measuring success and impact of initiatives.
- Desire to learn new things, keep abreast of industry trends and new developments, and share knowledge within the team.
Will require travel to main ITV sites (including but not limited to London, Leeds and Manchester)
