The Commercial PreSales team at Sayari as a part of the Revenue organization helps prospective customers understand the value of our solutions.
Solution Consultants are key members of the sales process, responsible for uncovering customer pain points, demonstrating how Sayari’s products solve real problems, and enabling prospects to confidently subscribe to the solutions that will make them successful. They work side by side with Account Executives, providing the technical and analytical expertise needed to build trust, validate solutions, and drive new business.
This is a growth-oriented role for professionals looking to build a career in PreSales. Success is measured by contribution to revenue, expansion of Sayari’s customer base, and helping create new customers who become long-term advocates of our solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape solution strategy during the sales cycle.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and define success criteria with prospective buyers.
Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements that showcase Sayari’s products in action.
Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes for technical, investigative, and executive audiences.
Contribute to RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical validations in support of new business opportunities.
Stay up to date on Sayari’s product portfolio, competitive landscape, and evolving customer challenges.
Provide structured feedback from the field to Product, Marketing, and Revenue leadership.
Maintain breadth and depth of expertise on critical and emerging financial crime compliance, enforcement, and risk management issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
1–3 years of experience in PreSales, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience conducting discovery conversations and tailoring solutions to prospect needs
A passion for technology, data, and solving customer problems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow in a sales-driven environment
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team with Account Executives
Desired Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with compliance, financial crime, or risk management challenges
Experience creating or delivering SaaS product demos or proof-of-concept projects
Multilingual is a bonus
Familiarity with public records, open-source intelligence tools, or investigative workflows
