What will you be doing! 

  • Performing work associated with grounds maintenance, cleaning windows, removal of waste, decontamination of surfaces and equipment and laundry duties.
  • Keeping the journeymen supplied with tools, supplies and materials.
  • Assisting journeymen or drivers with the delivery or removal of material for the job site.
  • Assisting in training of other employees.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.   
     

What we are looking for: 

  • Education 
    • Completion of grade ten.
  • Experience 
    • None required
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work with a minimum of supervision.
    • Familiarity with the operation of applicable equipment.
    • Must be able to utilize tools and procedures as required, plan own work, and make minor decisions.
    • Must have the ability to cope with heights and confined spaces.
    • Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel
    • Ability to keep accurate records.
  • Security Clearance Eligibility Required
    • Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.”  

Working Conditions:

  •  May be required to work outdoors for extended periods of time in all weather conditions.
