Internship Details:
- Duration: 4 months (Summer 2026)
- Locations: Ardrossan, AB; Saskatoon, SK; Winnipeg, MB
- Compensation: $24 - $31 / Hour

What You’ll Learn:
- How to manage field trials and monitor crop health.
- The process of variety development and registration.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in breeding programs and field activities.
- Monitor field and research plots for crop health and collect data.
- Supervise casual employees as required.
- Adapt plans as situations arise to minimize impact on results.
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re currently enrolled in an Agriculture or related degree/diploma program.
- You’re passionate about canola development and making a difference.
- You demonstrate problem-solving skills and flexibility.
- You’re a strong communicator, organized, and ready to learn.
- Previous farm or machinery experience is an asset but not required.
To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program. We do not accept applications from students who have already graduated.
