We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our practices. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business management within the healthcare or cosmetic industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for enhancing patient experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss statements of clinics generating approximately $100M+ in revenue. This includes maximizing profits and minimizing expenses by analyzing financial data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.  
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive clinic data packs and identify key growth drivers to inform strategic decisions and drive business expansion. 
  • Financial Performance Reporting: Conduct monthly business reviews to assess financial performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary. 
  • Coaching and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers throughout transformation initiatives, fostering a collaborative and patient-centric culture. 
  • Communications: Facilitate weekly synchronization meetings with practice managers to ensure alignment on goals, share best practices, and address operational challenges. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations management, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic industry. 
  • Proven experience in managing P&L, with a strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes. 
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization. 
  • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. 
  • Ability to travel as needed.
