Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables: |
|||
Growth Mindset & Business Acumen |
|||
· Strengthen Operational delivery to maximize Agency business/ Customer acquisition. |
|||
· Deliver Growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives – S2S/S2R, |
|||
· Collaborate with Branch Operations Team to generate S2S Customer Leads. |
|||
· Achieve S2S target by Collaborating with Branch Operations team. |
|||
· Derive new initiative through the existing customer base / new untapped market to bring new sales. |
|||
· Leverage PMS vectors to achieve S2S targets. |
|||
· Manage Customer Parameters – Persistency (13th/25th Month) for sales done through S2S |
|||
· Manage Product mix as agreed from time to time. |
|||
· Track competition on products, structure, and initiatives |
|||
· Compliance – To ensure and function as per the guidelines laid down by MLI Compliance Team |
|||
Maintain Customer Relationship |
|||
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication |
|||
· Determine clients’ particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments. |
|||
Leads Calling & Field Calls |
|||
· Ensure Segmented product-based campaigns |
|||
· Follows communication procedures, guidelines & policies |
|||
· Keep records of field Sales Calls and Home Visits |
|||
· Use appropriate solutions and up-selling methods |
|||
· Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution/ Taking References |
|||
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools |
|||
Essential qualifications and experience: |
|||
Ø Graduate |
|||
Ø Minimum 4 Years of the experience in Direct Sales Verticals |
|||
Knowledge & Skill Matrix: |

· Excellent communication skills (oral & written) |
|||
· Innovation, Customer centricity and Service mindset, Strong Intersection Management & relationship building capability |
