We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 7-chair practice. You can find out more about our practice .   The Opportunity:We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Brisbane practice available for a Front Office Coordinator seeking permanent full-time and part time work: Modern dental practice with 7 chairs running a wide range of dental treatmentsFriendly, fun and dedicated teamNo weekend work ever, regain work life balanceConvenient bus stop out the front and close to central train stationMeet and greet patients, providing a great first impressionLead a small team of two receptionists, reporting to the Practice ManagerBook and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient recordsSupporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practiceMaking patients aware of dental services and offersHandling paymentsAccessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentialityHigh-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner You'll be: Available to work Monday to Thursday, RDO on a Friday or Monday/Tuesday/Thursday work life balancePrevious Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded but not essential, full training providedSuitable to a senior receptionist looking to take the next step in their careerYou're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsPassionate about customer service and patient careOrganised with attention to detailAbility to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner  Apply now, we'll be interviewing as soon as applications are received!  For successful candidates, a Working with Children Check permit is required as part of our mandatory background check screening process.
