About the role:

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our multi-stream digital transformation program. The incumbent will collaborate with the Transformation Lead, the Enterprise architect and business stakeholders in supporting process design, data mapping and documentation. Strong understanding of business processes such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash will be indicative of success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

•      Work with business SMEs and vendors to document end-to-end process maps (Level 2–3), incorporating roles, systems, controls, and decision points. 

•      Support the development and maintenance of process documentation including narratives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guides, and RACI matrices. 

•      Conduct deep dive analysis of process, data flows and pain points to define business requirements.  

•      Conduct detailed data mapping and source-to-target analysis to support migration, integration, and reporting. 

•      Identify and document functional requirements and user stories and support fit/gap sessions and solution walkthroughs. 

•      Assist with the development of the risk and control matrix (RACM) for business processes. 

•      Work with the data migration team to ensure the alignment of business processes with system design and data flows. 

About you: 

·         8+ years experience in business analysis roles within finance transformation, or ERP implementation environments. 

·         Strong capability in process modelling using BPMN or similar notation  

·         Experience with data mapping and migration documentation (source systems, target structures, field-level detail). 

·         Experience in business process areas such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Project Accounting. 

Essential:

• Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain AGSVA Security Clearance at Baseline level.
