Allocations Coordinator bei Healthcare Australia

As an Allocations Coordinator in our business you will have the important role to:

• Efficiently respond to inbound calls and emails from our healthcare clients to help them fill evening and overnight shifts (i.e a Nursing Manager within a hospital) - ensuring satisfaction and a seamless placement process through effective communication and customer service
• Contact our amazing nursing candidates – placing them into these evening/overnight shifts often a short notice
• Ensure this process follows our required compliance (which we will train you on!) and follows all legal and statutory requirements

This role works an early shift 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday - so it's important you're comfortable working and commuting to our CBD location at this time (lots of nearby parking options available).  Nursing recruitment never sleeps ;)

Let's talk about you!

Working within a tight knit team of Recruiters and other Allocations Coordinator's we are looking for:

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills – from experience in a commercial call centre, sales or recruitment environment…bonus points if this is from in multi-site service businesses or withing target-driven environments
• Great verbal communication skills as evidenced when we give you a call to discuss this role!
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in scheduling staff (only desirable)

Any understanding of the healthcare, disability, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
