About the role

An Elders Real Estate Analyst will support a wide range of functions across the Rural, Residential, Property Management, Water and Business Intelligence products at Elders. The role will assist with assembling complex property data for inclusion in marketing material, data rooms, buyer information requests. The role will also assist with preparing professional modern ways of presenting data and analysis. The role will also support the Business Intelligence unit prepare and analyse data for internal and external distribution. The role will work on analysing internal data such as sales, listings, appraisals, and clients to improve decision making within the company on business development initiatives and acquisitions. The role will also work closely with the communications and marketing team imputing analysis and data into a range of Elder externally published information products.


Responsibilities

  • Gather, prepare and present commodity market, production, and operational data (e.g. livestock numbers, crop yields) for marketing materials and data rooms
  • Coordinate and respond to information requests from buyers and internal stakeholders
  • Support the Business Intelligence team in assembling, managing and analysing commodity market data
  • Work with the Real Estate product team to capture, manage and analyse property and sales data
  • Manage and enhance the corporate client database, including identifying new entries and supporting its use by the Rural Real Estate team
  • Assist the Real Estate team with accessing, utilising and interpreting internal and external data for property insights and decision-making

About you

To succeed at Elders, you:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in commodity markets, agriculture, business or finance (high-performing graduates or postgrads also encouraged to apply)
  • Strong interest in agriculture and property economics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools, databases and data management systems
  • Some experience in wool markets, horticulture, cotton or water (preferred)
  • Tertiary qualification in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
