Drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and Lean project execution. Leverages technology solutions, system enhancements and process re engineering to streamline and improve operational efficiency. Develops and applies data-driven metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness at the business, regional and ground level. Provides function-specific and / or cross-functional support to enhance business operations effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Drives Lean project execution throughout the company, with emphasis on services operations. 
  • Supports cross-functional and other processes with impact enterprise-wide.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Formulates and completes end-to-end assessments that include data gathering, analysis and ongoing scaled deliverables.
  • Analyzes and documents the impacts of given requests across organizations and functions.
  • Creates business case documents, including: Requirements documents, Project functional scope and specifications, Use cases.
  • Ensures that non-standard procedures and processes are justified and documented.
  • Identifies systems and process controls to meet company and regulatory requirements and ensure data and process integrity.
  • Develops and automates reports and interactively builds and prototypes dashboards to highlight emerging and potential issues.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with diverse groups of business stakeholders (supervisors, managers, directors).
  • Uses creative thinking and innovative ideas to re-shape business processes and achieve efficiencies.
  • Provides company-wide training in Lean culture and practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience with Lean methodology, including the coordination of internal projects and the implementation of Lean culture within the organization.
  • Strong background in project management with a focus on Lean principles and cultural transformation.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification required.
  • Previous experience in the Services sector is highly desirable.
  • Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.
