Construction Project Manager (Texas) bei ZNH Foods Inc

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Managerto join our dynamic construction team. This individual will be responsible for leading projects from initial planning through to final delivery—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

This ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid foundation in construction, best practices and project management methodologies.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects—managing planning, execution, and close-out activities. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the field team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all phases of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing comprehensive project plans that define scope, resources, timelines, and milestones
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Leading contract negotiations and overseeing the execution and compliance of agreements with subcontractors and vendors
• Conducting regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and safety standards
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, including field supervisors, engineers, and administrative staff
• Managing risk, identifying potential issues early, and implementing proactive solutions
• Ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations—including building codes, environmental laws, and workplace safety standards
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and providing timely progress reports to senior leadership and clients and commuting to different sites throughout Texas region. 

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required
• Relevant certifications are strongly preferred, including:
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• OSHA or safety-related certifications a plus
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management or supervisory role
• Proven track record of managing commercial or residential construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore), and budget forecasting tools
