Lending QA Specialist bei Security Service Federal Credit Union

The Lending Quality Assurance Specialist I supports the Indirect and Consumer Operations teams by conducting quality assurance and monitoring reviews. These reviews are to verify quality and compliance of Consumer and Indirect Lending products through reviews of funded loans. The Quality Assurance Specialist I is responsible for reporting discrepancies to Lending management and validating that discrepancies are corrected. Works directly with Indirect and Consumer management and Loan Officers and Loan Processors. Identifies trends of issues identified in quality control reviews and reports these to management. Supports the development of quality assurance and operational reporting. Provides recommendations to QA and/or Lending procedure changes.
