Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Advisor! 

Capital Subaru of Greenville is looking for a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers - helping them understand their vehicle needs, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring every visit is smooth and stress-free.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers, assess their service needs, and perform vehicle walkarounds to identify issues. 
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services, including costs and timelines. 
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments to optimize workflow in the shop. 
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate completion of all work. 
• Respond to customer questions or concerns quickly and professionally, resolving issues whenever possible. 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. 
• Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as an automotive service advisor or similar role preferred 
• Solid understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfort using computer-based scheduling, estimating, and invoicing systems 
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
