Hydradry Inc was established in 1974 as your Water/Fire/Mold Damage Specialists! We are looking for motivated and versatile individual to help our team grow within the organization. Our services consist of water, fire, mold remediation and restoration. We are in search of a carpet cleaning technician.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
•Customer Service
•Labor supervision
•Accepting direction from Supervisors/Managers and assuring that direction gets put into play while on mitigation projects
•Setting and meeting deadlines on projects
•Effective communication
•Completing all Mica or other related entries/photos/dates to all mitigation projects
•Providing feedback regarding any issues on mitigation projects to Supervisor as they happen
•Maintaining high work quality on all projects, every time
•Creating mitigation strategies on their own and/or in conjunction with management
•Maintaining positive customer experiences and contacts
•Following safe work practices
•Provide confidence and reassure clients at each contact and phase of mitigation
•Create and maintain a clean and safe work environment always
•Complete Mica/Mobile Job Program inputs
•Restoration related labor
Additional Duties, Responsibilities, and requirements
•Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials and supplies for company vehicles.
•Must report to work on time and be prepared to start work promptly. Start and end times will vary depending upon the project.
•Must wear uniform in a manner that properly represents Regency while on job.
•Shall be courteous, respectful and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
•Smoking is not permitted on jobsites or in company vehicles.
•Always maintain a clean work environment and clean job-site.
•Held responsible for their conduct on jobsites and during any customer interactions.
•Provide feedback as to how the company can: provide better service, improve efficiency and improve quality of finished product.
•Be available for routine on call emergency services and after-hours work, as scheduled.
•Following written production procedures.
•Respond to CAT emergencies, regardless of location, as required
•Have a thorough understanding of all company work authorizations and can answer any questions pertaining to them
•Document all necessary findings via notes, diagrams, photographs and communication with necessary parties and timely entry into Mica or other mobile job program
•Constantly be pro-active in terms of needs and issues on all mitigation projects.
•Identify problems as they arise and address all problems appropriately.
•Have a working knowledge of all equipment on hand, know when and how to use it and can justify why the equipment was necessary.
