We’re seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team and help us provide exceptional dining experiences for seniors in all levels of care.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and special dining service requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with dining staff to ensure timely and high-quality meal service.
- Bring creativity and heart to every plate, making mealtime a highlight of the day for our residents.
Minimal Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Other Qualifications:
- Certification as a ServSafe preferred.
- 5 years of cooking experience in restaurant setting or long-term care
- Ability to read and follow recipes; ability to write, add, and subtract.
- Strong organizational skills and creativity in meal preparation.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and accept responsibility for accuracy and quality of work.
