Are you ready to take on a role that blends hands-on IT leadership with cybersecurity coordination? At ACCC, we’re looking for an IT & Security Coordinator to play a critical role in keeping our technology operations running smoothly while strengthening our cybersecurity posture.

 What You’ll Do

• Lead & Support – Supervise and guide a 2-person help desk team, monitor ticket queues, and ensure top-notch end-user support.
• Azure & 365 Administration – Manage user accounts, access, MFA, and support Microsoft services like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Cybersecurity Partner – Act as the key liaison with our MSSP, review alerts/reports, coordinate remediation, and keep leadership informed.
• Educate & Communicate – Translate technical/security updates into clear, simple language and support security awareness initiatives (training, phishing simulations, newsletters).
• Project Involvement – Assist with IT and cybersecurity projects, infrastructure updates, and vendor coordination.

 What You Bring

• 5+ years of IT experience with progressive responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide help desk staff
• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and IT/security best practices
• Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail
