Description
Seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in 21st century office management. Responsible for daily operations of the Director of Special Services office. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and be collegial with others in the organization, while at the same time demonstrate the motivation and confidence to take initiative and follow through.
Requirements
- High school diploma; secretarial training, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Interpersonal and Leadership skills, Organization, Time Management, and Effective Communication.
- Computer skills, the ability to design and create quality documents in a variety of formats.
- The ability to learn new computer applications when required.
- Experience with SEMI, Frontline IEP, XAID and IDEA Grant preferred.
- Prior school experience preferred.
Rate
Salary: $45,000 - $82,000
