Talent Acquistition Specialist

Gehl Foods is a leader in private label food manufacturing, and we�re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us hire the people who make it all happen. In this role, you�ll focus on hourly plant and warehouse positions � the frontline talent that keeps production running smoothly.
What You�ll Do
- Lead recruiting for production, packaging, sanitation, and warehouse roles.
- Host and attend job fairs, open houses, and community hiring events.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, supervisors, and plant managers.
- Manage the full hiring process: posting jobs, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
- Track recruiting metrics and help improve retention of hourly employees.
What You�ll Need
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, food production, or logistics.
- Skilled in high-volume hiring and community-based sourcing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills�you�ll be juggling lots of requisitions!
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity is a plus).
- A people-first attitude with the ability to engage candidates and plant leaders alike.
