Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) – In-School Position
Location: Massapequa Long Island, NY | Nassau County

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Full School-Day Schedule, coverage position)

Work Setting: School-based (elementary, middle, and high school environments)

We partner with schools across Long Island to provide skilled behavior technicians. If you're passionate about supporting students and want consistent hours that match the school calendar, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support to students during the full school day under BCBA supervision.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with educational goals.

• Collect and record accurate student behavior and progress data.

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors to ensure student success.

• Maintain professional documentation meeting school and insurance requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)

• RBT certification preferred

• Previous school-based experience required (classroom, special education, or related setting)

• 2 years of ABA experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Commitment to a full-time, school-day schedule. Or available for coverage position.

• Reliable transportation to assigned school locations
