We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents and the smoth, efficient manangment of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with leasing activities, including tours, lease preparation, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Support rent collection, process payments, and help manage delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and resident files in compliance with company standards.
- Oversee property appearance, coordinate with maintenance staff, and ensure community standards are upheld.
- Enforce lease agreements, property rules, and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Assist in marketing efforts, community events, and resident retention programs.
- Act as the Property Manager's representative when they are unavailable.
