We're looking for a full-time, in-person Outbound Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This is not a remote role - you'll work on-site Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, playing a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and shop success through outbound communication campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Make 1-day post-service satisfaction calls to ensure customers are happy
• Pre-book future maintenance appointments and fill shop schedules
• Complete appointment reminder calls to reduce no-shows
• Run special outbound campaigns for promotions, service reminders, and follow-ups
• Document all interactions accurately and keep records up to date
• Handle occasional difficult customer situations and quickly loop in managers to resolve issues
• Work closely with store leaders to ensure seamless communication and a great customer experience
