Investment Banker - EMEA Private Funds Group bei UBS Group AG

The Senior role will be focused on structuring Real Estate Secondaries (GP-led recapitalisations), Joint-Ventures, and Primary Fundraising, leading the origination, execution, and distribution of offerings to raise capital for clients across Real Estate sectors including Equity and Debt. The role has some flexibility to adapt to the individual to put more emphasis on project management or distribution.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Leading PFG RE junior team members to evaluate prospective opportunities, including detailed analysis of a client’s portfolio, track record, team, strategy and market opportunity
• Providing advice to clients on fundraising strategy, structuring, timing, investors and legal terms
• Articulating complex marketing messages
• Overseeing deal teams to create compelling fundraising materials and financial models, including Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Investor Presentations and investor Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
• Daily interaction with client executives and with senior PFG team members worldwide
• Oversee the coordination of investor outreach, interactions and feedback, including maintaining a comprehensive fundraising tracker and generating regular reports
• Oversee the organisation of client roadshows liaising with both senior Distribution colleagues
• Supervise junior members of the team both on deal mandates and internal tasks
• Establish close working relationships with multiple teams across UBS Global Banking
