Your role
Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Leading PFG RE junior team members to evaluate prospective opportunities, including detailed analysis of a client’s portfolio, track record, team, strategy and market opportunity
• Providing advice to clients on fundraising strategy, structuring, timing, investors and legal terms
• Articulating complex marketing messages
• Overseeing deal teams to create compelling fundraising materials and financial models, including Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Investor Presentations and investor Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
• Daily interaction with client executives and with senior PFG team members worldwide
• Oversee the coordination of investor outreach, interactions and feedback, including maintaining a comprehensive fundraising tracker and generating regular reports
• Oversee the organisation of client roadshows liaising with both senior Distribution colleagues
• Supervise junior members of the team both on deal mandates and internal tasks
• Establish close working relationships with multiple teams across UBS Global Banking
