Job Summary
Works on research data reporting assignments that are of moderate diversity in scope. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $100,200 (Annual Rate).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related areas and / or equivalent experience / training
- A minimum of one year of progressive professional experience in working in data and data analysis.
- Experience leading data collection in research or surveillance activities
- Strong mathematical skills to collect, measure, organize, and analyze quantitative data
- Demonstrable data analysis skills include proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like STATA, SPSS, SAS, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, or Statistics
