About the Role
KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is hiring passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT/RBTs) to join our growing team in Lebanon, TN. As a BT/RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes and communities, implementing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We are currently seeking candidates interested in part-time availability, with potential for full-time hours.

What You'll Do

• Provide in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home and community setting

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress

• Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA

• Attend team meetings and trainings as required

Schedule

• Part-time: morning and afternoon options with potential for increased hours

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education in psychology, education, or related field a plus)

• Experience working with children

• Passion for supporting children with special needs

• Reliable transportation

• Active CPR certification

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within a defined timeframe

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable sitting on the floor or maintaining physical interaction with children
