Responsible for overall project management to include budgets, change orders, schedule, contractor GMP%27s and quality control in compliance with industry and institutional standards. Manages the design and construction teams on the successful completion and occupancy of campus construction. Reviews hospital facilities, plans and executes work required by the hospital. Makes recommendations for capital replacements.
