What You’ll Do

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be the connector between product, marketing, and sales perspectives—turning them into action through tactical campaigns that fuel pipeline growth. In this role, you’ll bring creativity and structure together: sourcing and creating compelling content, orchestrating field campaign operations, and driving program management to ensure every campaign ties back to our GTM strategy.

  • Design and implement the field campaign strategy and workflow from creation, to implementation to success tracking

  • Maintain field campaign repository for AE, SDR and customer facing teams

  • Curate and author field ready campaign content (e.g. playbooks, customer presentations, one pagers, and other sales collaterals)

  • Work closely with sales teams and study win / loss data and customer calls to identify trends and campaigns ideas to drive pipe-gen (Gong calls, SFDC, etc)

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams on positioning, customer painpoints, use cases, value propositions and product releases.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of expertly crafting campaigns that drive pipeline and fuel revenue growth.

  • 4+ years of previous experience in field marketing, product marketing or quota carrying customer facing role

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Gong and experience with other GTM systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience in a similar role in the SaaS industry is a plus

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the overall revenue lifecycle

Compensation

The base range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 annually + equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level, position-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
