Southridge High School Head Swim Coach

Southridge High School seeks a person with strong character to help build a successful and positive program.

A candidate will possess the following qualities:

• High ethical and professional standards
• Treat players, staff and opponents with respect and have the ability to foster a positive culture
• The ability to be a positive leader, developing and instructing young athletes academically, physically and emotionally.
• Communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders through various methods, including athletes, parents, families/staff and public relations.
• Technical knowledge of soccer strategy, staff management, skill development and coaching techniques.
• Experience managing a budget and organizing fundraisers to ensure the program and athletes have the ability to be successful

Salary will be determined by experience and the Beaverton School District certified staff contract.
