Position Overview
Marketing Managers assist in the creative strategy and execution of marketing efforts for Cunningham Restaurant Group’s diverse restaurant concepts. This role blends marketing strategy with operational execution, to conceptualize, implement, and analyze marketing efforts for CRG's brands.
Responsibilities
● Collaborates with the marketing team to generate traffic- and revenue-driving ideas for each restaurant concept, activating them through multi-channel campaigns.
● Designs, builds, executes, and monitors email marketing campaigns to nurture customer engagement and loyalty, using analytics and reporting tools. ● Designs and executes primarily organic social media initiatives. ● Can manage basic paid ad campaigns to expand brand presence and drive guest interaction.
● Implements basic SEO strategies to strengthen online visibility and improve search rankings for key restaurant locations.
● Assists with basic web updates across concepts and/ or works with web platform providers.
● Manages targeted marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with CRG’s brand standards and business objectives. ● Partners with culinary, operations, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, marketing support, and alignment across all guest touchpoints. ● Adapts quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or similar role, with a strong focus on digital marketing (email, social media, web, and SEO).
● Prior experience in hospitality, fine dining, or restaurant marketing is preferred but not required.
● Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and manage creative and effective marketing campaigns.
● Strategic thinker comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. ● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. ● Proactive, resourceful, and passionate about creativity and innovation.
Additional Information
● May require occasional support outside standard business hours for events, launches, or urgent marketing needs.

● Typically works 40 hours per week. Flexibility is maintained for occasional evenings, weekends, and event support.
