Skills and Competencies 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry in a relevant area. 
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience in three or more of the following: Intune, Autopilot, Patch Management, Application Packaging, or Windows Update for Business. 
  • Intermediate-level expertise with Windows 10/11 operating systems and configuring Microsoft applications and browsers. 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences. Business fluent English is required. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and provide end-to-end ownership of incidents and problems in a fast-paced, global environment. 
  • Automation skills using PowerShell or Python. 
  • Basic understanding of security concepts such as SSL, PKI, IPsec, VPNs, Firewalls, and Proxy. 
  • Expertise in compliance policies related to Windows desktop environments. 

Education/ Certifications 

  • ITIL Certification is highly preferred. 
  • Industry certifications in relevant areas are a plus. 

Responsibilities 

  • Work at the highest systems level to provide expert advice and counsel to users, management, and IT project teams for complex, cross-functional systems. 
  • Support the day-to-day business operations for the Windows environment, including hardware, software, Autopilot, Intune, and M365 mobility. 
  • Manage end-to-end software deployment operations and create associated operating documentation. 
  • Follow standard ITIL processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management. 
  • Collaborate with the Security team to ensure system configurations are compliant with security policies and controls. 
  • Support new and existing deployments by analyzing metrics, logs, and system alarms to troubleshoot problems and perform preventative maintenance. 
  • Facilitate outage restoration calls to assess application impact, notify business stakeholders, and restore system functionality. 
  • Participate in teams across the organization to solve business and technical issues. 
  • Collaborate effectively with global and multicultural teams, attending meetings in different time zones as required.

Our Digital Workplace Services Operations team is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing our workstation endpoints to provide a best-in-class end-user experience. We provide expert advice and counsel to users, management, and IT project teams for systems of the most complex nature. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work that impacts the entire organization's digital workplace environment. 

 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $86,500.00 - $125,500.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
