The role you’ll contribute:
The Partnerships Sports Medicine Manager is responsible to manage the daily clinical fulfillment of our strategic partnership contracts. These functions encompass clinical, management, administrative, operations/staffing and marketing activities and responsibilities. They serve as manager of the sports medicine and athletic training services, supervising outreach personnel, contract vendors and medical volunteers; as well as developing, coordinating, establishing, building and maintaining strategic relationships with physicians, partners, hospital administration, athletic directors, athletes, and their parents/families. They will provide clinical treatment of athletes and provide regular communication to leadership regarding partner and physician concerns. They are responsible for ROI tracking and reporting. They will actively support the development of new medical models and services as they relate to strategic partnerships. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Manages the daily clinical operations of high-value strategic partnerships.
Oversees the deployment, recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff, contract vendors, medical volunteers, physicians, and other clinicians.
Works directly with physicians to establish clinical protocols for athletes and coordinate care.
Manages the clinical staffing and supplies budget related to daily activities of the strategic partnership.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's in related field. Required
3+ Work Experience Required
Physical Therapist (PT) Required
Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) Required
