Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new sales leads, negotiating client pricing, and forecasting sales revenue to help dealerships maximize their profits. You will also assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing options.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
  • Manage and track all leads and ensure they’re followed up with in a timely manner
  • Collect and analyze business metrics
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
  • Build and monitor a positive perception as a high-quality provider in the local community
  • Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs

 

Qualifications

  • At one year least of sales experience
  • Prior sales or marketing experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, time management skills
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
  • Strong computer skills
  • Team player with collaborative attitude
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment background check
