Who YOU are:  

• A highly motivated, positive, outgoing, influential personality with a strong emphasis on sales and results orientation to ensure the credit union maximizes lending and sales opportunities with members.
• Fully knowledgeable of all credit union products and services and will be able to confidently offer appropriate solutions to fit member's needs.
• Expertise in nonconforming, Fannie Mae and other approved Investor(s) policies, procedures and program knowledge.
• Have five years to eight years of similar mortgage experience. 
• Combination of college and or specialized certifications or licensing training courses.

What YOU’LL do:

• Generating quality loan originations utilizing outside sales efforts and external referral sources. Use strong interpersonal skills and influence to consistently achieve sales goals.
• Active participation in selective credit union/community activities to build awareness of SFCU brand for mortgage loans and other financial products may be required as needed.
• Partner with Operations team to ensure the seamless processing of the loan to include obtaining any needed documents from the members and any additional information needed by the Processors and/or Underwriters once the file is reviewed.
• Keep in contact with the members and Referral sources, such as Realtors, throughout the loan process.
