Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Executive. This role will focus on optimizing accounting processes, ensuring accurate billing, and managing financial performance across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting expertise, QuickBooks proficiency, and strong leadership to drive efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations for both corporate and franchise locations.
• Supervise billing procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor financial performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Manage loans, financing activities, and franchise-related financial obligations.
• Maintain financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Optimize accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, with leadership experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting systems.
• Experience in financial reporting, billing, and analysis.
• Ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
