Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. As a Partnership Outreach Coordinator at Mindful Support Services, you’ll be a key driver of our mission to expand access to quality mental healthcare across multiple states. This role is all about building meaningful relationships—with referral partners, providers, and clients—and creating sustainable networks that support growth and care continuity. Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with potential community partners to help generate client referrals while providing exceptional relationship management and follow-through.
- Strengthen relationships with partners through ongoing communication, engagement, and collaboration on continued care for shared referrals.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to support with community partnership events and outreach, client scheduling, and process improvement.
- Oversee client referrals for across multiple states and process a high volume of inbound and outbound scheduling requests.
- Become an expert in all aspects of each state we operate in, including individual providers, client demand, and the local mental health market landscape.
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email to clients, providers, and community partners by responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
