What You’ll Get to Do

The Packing Operator is focused on safely packing aluminum extrusions for shipment to internal and external customers. Must be flexible to work the day or night shift. 

This role is perfect for an individual who are focused, a team player, and comfortable working outside.  A vital member of the Packing Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Pack aluminum extrusions using a box knife, cardboard and tape
• Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job

What We’re Looking For

• Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Be able to multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints
• Be a team player and willing to be trained to work in other areas as assigned
• Communicate well with peers and management
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
• Available to work 12 hour rotating shifts, 6PM-6AM or 6AM-6PM, with periods of required overtime for Full Time employees
• Preference will be given to applicants with former manufacturing experience
