Homeoffice Design Program Manager bei GOLDEN WOLF LLC

 GoldenWolf is seeking a highly experienced Design Program Manager to lead critical design project efforts while also establishing and overseeing a new in-house architectural design capability. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to diverse facility design initiatives – including federal and contractor-led projects – while shaping the development of GoldenWolf’s in-house design capabilities.In this multifaceted role, you will:

• Lead planning and architectural coordination for a federal Program of Requirements (POR) and Notes to the Planner (NTP) update project
• Support a strategic planning initiative for the Defense Health Agency, contributing architectural insight to inform planning recommendations, functional space analyses, and facility alignment with DHA goals.
• Establish and lead GoldenWolf's in-house design practice, guiding junior team members and setting standards for design quality, compliance, and innovation.

This is a strategic opportunity to help shape a growing federal design and construction management firm from the inside out.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect (RA) or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and facility planning
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design coordination, and multidisciplinary workflows
• Experience leading teams or mentoring junior staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with federal project standards (UFC, ADA, IBC, FGI, or FAR)
• Experience with POR/NTP development or healthcare facility planning
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural documentation best practices
• Prior involvement in establishing or leading internal design teams or functions

Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel for client engagement and operational oversight
