Customer Service Representative bei Red River Brick

Red River Brick is the premiere brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S. Drawing its name from the Red River of the South, Red River Brick includes eight production sites across key brick markets in Texas and Oklahoma, with more than 70 unique residential and commercial design offerings distributed through eight direct retail centers. Red River Brick is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Round Rock, TX sales location. 

 Responsibilities will include:

• Data entry in SAP computer system (top responsibility)
• Inside sales
• Answering the phone
• Liaising with the outside sales team
• Purchasing

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum preferred
• Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plus
• Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communications

• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus/required

• Ability and willingness to learn
