Job Summary:
Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.
We are looking for a talented Production Associate (1st Shift) to join our Manufacturing Rebuild Center in Henderson, CO.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Apply documented procedures and policies to complete intermediate repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools.
- Disassemble engines, inspect parts, clean, and reassemble engines and/or engine components with new, reconditioned, or cleaned components for reuse. Communicate the need for additional parts not originally included in the estimated job plan to continue the troubleshooting process.
- Assist in final inspection or run tests of engines/components before unit delivery. Complete required documentation, such as work documentation, time sheets, and work orders, via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
- Complete training in line with job skill level and business requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness, storage, and proper operation of the work area and tools.
- Project a positive company image by interacting cooperatively, supportively, and courteously with fellow employees, customers, and management, displaying a professional attitude.
- Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality training, policies, procedures, and legislation, and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Engine assembly, engine repair and diesel engine experience preferred.
- Ability to use manual and power tools, must possess basic level of knowledge in measurement equipment (dial indicators).
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds and physically lift, stand, squat, kneel frequently, wear required personal protective equipment as required and operate forklifts preferred.
- Basic computer software knowledge is preferred.
- This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.
- Please note, this is a first shift position. The hours are 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Qualifications
Requires some workshop experience and intermediate level of knowledge obtained through relevant training or on the job experience of engine
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
